  1. Probably bored with being asked the same fucking boring questions over and over again...

  2. Paying himself and his son bonuses, borrowing money of Eddie then lending it back to BWFC while taking the money back from factoring companies and leaving that debt on the books for the new owner , transfer fees not hitting BWFC accounts, failing to pay any suppliers on time or even at all, despite saying club was on way to breaking even, are not the actions of an owner that can be defended. It’s very likely that Bassini has been brought in as an agent to sell the business under Anderson’s terms, that is to get a new buyer to cover the debts left on the books by Anderson’s unscrupulous behaviour and negotiate a golden goodbye for Anderson and his son. Therefore I hope that any deal brokered by Bassini fails, I want a forensic audit done and any wrong doing brought into the public domain. If Anderson is found to have been acting in a correct and proper manner then fair play to him. Here’s hoping we get transparency on Anderson’s time at the club.

  3. Cooper and Letwin have worked tirelessly to thwart the will of the public and prevent us escaping the EU. They will face the consequences, especially Cooper who represents a massive Leave voting area. According to YouGov, leaving without a deal is now favoured in every single areas of England and Wales, except London. (Shame the BBC haven't reported this) But we're just thickos to the likes Cooper and Letwin.

  5. Pretty cnuty response, this. And because it’s a bit cnuty, I’ll answer. Your reasoning for being here - you told us - you’re a ‘snow plough’. Which is as vague, ambiguous and open to subjective interpretation as many of your recent posts and answers to direct questions. I’ll tell you this much - you AIN’T here for the good of your health, or our benefit. You clearly have an objective for continually posting - it may be genuine, positive for bwfc, or it may be downright disingenuous - but you still being here says to me that your objective is still not fulfilled - and sticking around a bit longer, stymying with occasional vagueness, one word answers and trading on the fact most people are too uninitiated about the finer points of M&A to call you out, enables you in some way to further progress your goal. I can personally make an argument for you working for any number of the parties involved in this Merry-go round (whatever you’ve ‘proved to the mods’). I’m not having a go - you clearly know your stuff about business. I just think it’s an overly romantic picture you’ve painted against a backdrop of the KA administration and the spectre of Bassini. And that could be to support a number of gains. At times delivered with a bit of a ‘fuck you if you don’t believe me’ attitude. As for the language in your last post - classic narcissism, almost test case. Fact is, I don’t care. I bought into it at first, but the message nuanced, and then shifted, and then contradicted itself, to the point where it got slightly incredulous. And now the overriding feeling is ‘look what you could have won’. And none of us need that. Especially when it comes with a self-appointed superior air of cuntiness. (And it’s ‘one’s shoulder’, mate.) Mustard

  6. Howard, I think most on here would love your team / bidder to get the club & I think a lot are just desperate for some positive news - most also seriously appreciate the information that you provide but are perhaps a little sceptical that at times it appears that your bidders are not as serious about buying the club as we all initially thought when you 1st came onto the scene (as initially it gave us some hope that a wealthy investor would buy our club) What I would also say though is that your comment regarding 'poor upbringing' is out of order IMO & a bit arrogant, no need for comments like this when most of the posts on here support you.

  8. How on earth can you keep persistently defending KA, both on here and Twitter...? He stepped in 3 years ago, yes, but we are now in a much worse position both on and off the field and the last 12 months antics and behaviour are unforgivable. You keep defending him though, Clint!!

  10. Think we need to dig deeper into who has been acting as agent on all of the players coming and going during the Anderson tenure. And then we may see that Lee has benefitted. Not sure who, where or how that information can be brought to the table. In addition, its quite possible that some of the shit players he has brought in on decent wages are tucking a grand in his top pocket as and when he has a meeting with them. ie. they are being paid over-the-odds and letting him skim some off the top. Given the chance myself, pretty sure I would! And then we have expenses being claimed by the Anderson's. Do we know if they actually match what they are spending on travelling to/from games? 99% sure most folk have skimmed a bit for themselves when put in this position.... I know for one I have in previous job roles.

  11. Your weekly reminder that Ken has never done wrong by anyone and everyone saying he has is wrong. And if he did do wrong by anyone, well he almost definitely did it for the good of the club, probably. And if he didn't do it for the good of the club then well tough shit, business is business. Chuck in something about 'FIBS' and Mark Iles doing DIY and that's basically your 'I'm not pro-Ken but I'm anti-anyone-who-ever-says-a-bad-word-against-him' starter pack.

  14. For a PR type H, that comment is a bit of a gaff on a Bolton forum and quite possibly one of the most condescending generalisations i've heard in a long time . I'm guessing you're a Southerner + the mask is slipping as your patience and time here runs out. If your mob haven't got loads of money and they aren't buying us - just fuck off. Thanks for everything.

  18. Howard, my dear old thing. You’re letting the mask slip a tad... and I can understand why. Your “upbringing” comments would suggest you’re not a local chap. May I ask therefore how you came to be a Bolton fan, as you have stated? I also don’t think you are in PR, however I do believe and actually trust a lot of what you say... but the motivations and agenda, that I’m not sure of. ”Common Bolton folk” are a passionate and pessimistic bunch, so please do forgive the odd query as to your presence on here, however general stereotype insults are a little uncalled for and may I suggest, a touch below you...

  21. In honour of the speculation surrounding my ‘honesty’, would any of you care to speculate on my reasoning for being here, posting over 1000 times and generally being correct on most things? There is a real issue with human nature where we can’t bear to see other people hold more knowledge than ourselves. It probably stems from a poor upbringing, that cotton mill chip on ones shoulder perhaps?

  23. I think it's safe to say that H knows more about Takeovers/liquidation/Administration than anyone else on here. With more than a thousand posts in 3 weeks on a subject that grows ever more confusing to most of us, his posts have been helpful, knowledgeable, and a real eye opener. At no point did he say that his buyers were 100% certs to own our club. WUM? Nah, not for me.

  24. I’m one of the optimists about Howard’s deal. ken is legally obliged to sign the form next week if Howard’s team recall the shares - doesn’t mean he won’t, just means it willing be left to the legal authorities to ensure he does it. Howard has provided a lot of information and insight and anyone who was ‘bullshitting’ or ‘fake’ would have been transparent by now and ran a mile. Howard is merely outlining all the options and delays that could hamper Tuesday, and keeping us all grounded. I’m still confident they will be the new owners, and hopeful too as they appear to have been the most professional and private of them all - which in takeovers is usually what happens. Those who blab to the press, or reveal themselves are often the ones who’s don’t do the deal. Best thing to do, is switch off the takeover now until early next week (as not much will be done over the weekend) and focus on us beating Ipswich, and closing the gap to 2 points. Keep the faith Folks!

  28. For me it just comes across that they could potentially want a deal. But only in a nicey nicey way any degree of hostility from Ken or legal manoeuvring and they are willing to back away if you want something badly enough you’ll go through obstacles. Dealing with Ken is a means to an end. Which they don’t want to engage in for whatever reason if they don’t want to deal with him and sort this shit out they don’t want us badly enough. This raises alarm bells

  35. Just for accuracy, I'm prepared (and always have been) to take the deal. I'm also happy to go no deal. Others feel differently, and that's fair enough. Leaving with a truly shit deal would arguably be the worst of both worlds, and I'm not sure anyone would be laughing.

  39. There isn't any, the nearest thing to suggest he was paid was this from the accounts "During the year the company paid £125,000 to Athos Group in respect of consultancy services. Athos Group is owned by a family member of K Anderson" The accounts also state KA received a fee which he denied then later confirmed and that it also included bonuses Make of that what you will

  48. The stay aways in general are part of the problem. Whether it’s dressed up as some moral reasoning or just can’t be fucking arsed is irrelevant We spend more than we bring in. Simple economics thats been the case for the last 20 years but for 17 or 18 of those the club had a father who continuously gave it money. Now he’s 6 feet under its gotta look after itself and it can’t. I’ve been to about 4 home games this season as my missus works and I have the kids. But kept my ST why? Because as ludicrous as it sounds the club needs my £400 more than I do. That’s my ‘moral stance’ but hey, each to their own
