  1. I remember my mam being up at 6.30am after I got back from Arsenal after beating them 3-1 in the FA Cup, I walked through the door, she pressed play on the video recorder and made me bacon toasties and a cup of tea as I watched us again. Watching one of her sons jump in the air again as Jason McAteer slammed in the 2nd made it all worth while for her.

  2. Think we've got 4 adults and 1 child size left in stock so just enough for those left in contract including Oztumer.

  3. Get why people may dislike trump and get why some love him, however, how can those who support those who have boycotted the state dinner with the leader of potentially this country’s biggest ally, on the basis he may have said some racist things ( amongst other issues) and agree with the protests explain why the same people attended the Chinese state banquet, a country with proven racist policy, anti women policy etc ? Dont get why Corbyn explains , when accused of meeting other abhorrent groups , that “ it’s better to talk” but shuns talking to the leader of the biggest democracy who he could need to deal with for trade if he gets his wishes ( Brexit and he wins a GE)

  5. I like his latest vision for new stadiums bang in the middle of town centres first floor car park, 2nd floor retail and leisure, 3rd floor pitch and stadium, stadium centre of the community, sadly were probably not big enough club to justify a facility like that in the town centre. Would love to see the club return to the centre of the town and community.

  7. The more Little didn't play the better he became. Couldn't have been any worse than Pav though.

  8. We've gone from Brexit meaning "Let's give the NHS an extra £350M a week" to Brexit meaning "Let's use the NHS as a bargaining chip for a Trade Deal with the US". I'm sure you'll say every Leave voter knew that would be the case when they voted though.

  10. I agree, the use of the C word is offensive. I've no problem with 'cunt' but 'Corbyn' is well out of order

  11. Thats it!!!! Fuck....why didn't anyone think of that any sooner. All we need to find is a decent owner, with deep pockets and the balls to spunk millions on a football club -12 points in the 3rd tier of English football.

  12. How good were our mums? They felt our passion and felt our joy and pain. When we got beat my mam would be gutted for all our family, my dad, two brothers, two brother-in-laws, both sisters, six nephews and two neices who are all staunch Wanderers fans and season ticket holders, she felt our, joy, hurt and pain. As kids we went up and down all the leagues, experienced every emotion, but our owd dear sat there in her chair watching the final results no matter what, wanting her clan to be happy. My mam would of been 89 today, but I bet she’s up there on her cloud watching the re-building of our club, wanting the very best for us. It’s a rollercoaster ride, but it’s our club and passion, it’s our unique answer to other fans question of “who do you support?”. It’s a very proud thing to say “I’m a Bolton Wanderers supporter, they’re my town”, I always say it with pride. To those who have gone out to Portugal, say it with a big smile on your face, show the love. Enjoy fellas 🙂

  13. Aye my mum was the same despite not being a football fan she walked with me up from Burnden to the town centre following the players on the bus when we got promoted under Rioch, she often joined me to watch the Reebok being built when my dad was on nights, when i first met the now wife she said to her if you get together don’t stop him from watching football and you’ll not have a problem. She took as much joy from Bolton wining as I did. She’d be 86 now and was taken at 64, miss her smile and the love she showed for her family every day.

  14. How on earth can £75m or whatever it was seem like a bargain when we are crying out for someone to take a full club forward with only a third of that money - and we are struggling to find it? Football is rotten to the core. Stinks of money and we throw about some figures like they are really not that much. They are. £75m is an enormous amount for anyone.

  15. I went to games for about 10 years with my Dad, brother, friend and his Dad. When Phil and his Dad cancelled their season tickets, my brother moved to London and my Dad’s mobility got too bad for him to come to games anymore, she took up his season ticket to go with me. Its always great to spend a few hours with her at The Reebok every game. She’s now become just as big a fan as me. Great woman.
