I got made redundant at 51 after getting a job that saved me after being made redundant at 48 Different times currently, obviously, and I took a 12 month hit on having no job, but I genuinely took the “fuck you, I’ve got years of experience and a younger, cheaper option won’t give you that” attitude. Took a while, a salary drop, and a less than ideal job but was stepping stone back to my current job which has got me back to where I want to be Best advice I got was that it’s easier to get a new job while you already have one so don’t be too proud to go for jobs that are way from ideal

It’s what I call “standard”. I’m 6 foot and 14 stone and anything large fits perfectly. They tend to do baggy rather than tight. If in doubt go one size larger. I did on a couple of the wicking first layer shirts. At the end of the day mountain biking gear isn’t about a close fit.
