Can't remember the last time we won a game so comfortably. Can't remember the last time we played against 10 men and made it look like it was us who had the extra man.1 like

If Thomason had played like Madison when he came on a certain poster on here would be making sarcastic comments about our 'non league player'. He didnt though he looked the part and t'other mon looked non league. Onwards and upwards1 like

Great to be the team getting the rub of the green last couple of weeks, this is what it feels like to be on the right side of the OGs, the late winners, the keeper errors, the sendings off, the pens. Bring it on, we've waited long enough, its our turn.1 like

Yeah I think youāre right, Doyle likes to come deep, Miller from what I have seen likes to hang off the defender, a no.10ās dream1 like

š youāre not the only one mate, think the score has been right in the last 3 as well. Iām obviously taking full credit for the current run. I donāt think heāll change the midfield 2, I reckon Williams is a one of those that plays every game as long as heās not injured - Iād be surprised to see him rested at all so for me Thomason just comes in for Lee as and when itās needed. The options heās got in the front 4 now is embarrassing for this league. He could go a number of ways but I think Maddison will start and I wouldnāt be surprised to see Miller start up top with Doyle given a rest ahead of Bradford and Cambridge. Same approach could be taken for Sarce, but he did cover 13km on Saturday which suggests heās already back to full fitness so I think heāll keep him in and then have Fonz starting on the other wing with Dapo/Arthur/Isgrove all to come off the bench.1 like

Attacking football at all costs? One goal against "big six" this season. A penalty (never) in 6-1 gubbing by Spurs.1 like

Try to stick to the topic. We all hate Tony Blair for Iraq. That doesn't mean the Conservatives should be allowed to do what the fuck they want and line their mates' pockets with Tax Payer money. I assume you attended the anti-War marches in 2003, alongside all the snowflake lefties?1 like

Brilliant news. It's been a while since we've been in a position to sign our better assets to contract extensions.1 like

On the first of each month I re-read my "World Sports" magazine from 50 years ago. In March 1971 there was an article about the up-coming re-election to Division 4, with applications due to close in the first week of April. The article was headlined "Joining Soccer's Race to Ruination". Wigan Athletic were featured extensively, as they had applied unsuccessfully for 25 consecutive seasons and were now resorting to a PR company to campaign on their behalf. They used the same company that had helped Cambridge United into the league the previous season. For Cambridge they had stressed their distance from other league clubs, but Wigan had 16 clubs within 30 miles, 9 of which were in the top 2 divisions with the bulk of the votes. Wigan took a different tack: "The other Lancashire clubs have been around for years and many are going downhill. If we get in we can only go up." In the event Lincoln, Newport Hartlepool and Barrow were all re-elected (with 47, 33, 33 and 38 votes, respectively). Unsuccessful applicants were: Hereford (22 votes), Wigan (14), Cambridge City, Telford and Yeovil (2 each), Boston, Bradford PA and Romford (1 each) and Bedford, Chelmsford, Gateshead, Hillingdon and Kettering (all without votes).1 like

š believe it or not a week in Bangkok costs less than a week in Spain at a decent standard of accommodation in peak season. itās the brass money that Ramps it up š. Iām expecting lolitas to be charging a tenner for a nosh when I go late in the year. Inflation escapes nothing.1 like
