How's your prep for the Amble going? I am nowhere near. Did a 15 mile route which included chunks of the course and it was tough and bloody painful.

True about LDWA. Reccy will be one night soon. Probably a Tues night, possibly 16th, so I can incorporate it into club fell run. I'll keep you posted.
