You are right, We started at Stevenage with Jerome up front. Evatt has always said he expects to change his Centre Forwards at some point in a game as they work so hard, not having an option on the bench even if only to rest others has to weaken you. Also Collins struggled when he first arrived so again another body takes the pressure off. It is a squad game and losing a player who plays on a regular weakens you.

Vics absence did not happen in isolation. Losing Vic, Baxter, Dion and even CMG all about the same time has affected us. The run of away games - Northampton, Blackpool, Wigan, Barnsley and Derby - where we got 2 points from 5 games is a shortfall of 8 on the 2 points PPG you need for automatics.

It is an often repeated phrase that good teams win despite playing badly. We do not win despite playing well. Getting Collins upto speed and hopefully Dion scoring and we have nothing to fear in play offs if that is where we end up , but so frustrating. I do think there will be at least one more twist. Watched the Leeds game today and the pressure that builds with no early goal is crazy. Derby scored early today but if they do nt in future games then who knows what happens.

Anyone dismissing our chances just needs to look at what is going on in the Championship. If Derby win all their games fair play they deserve it. Pompey will go up because since Xmas they have been pragmatic and got the job done, whereas the rest have fallen short. Peterborough's result today means we could get a big allocation for the last game.

The 3 home games on the run even with Pompey in there looks better than when we had Wigan,Blackpool,Barnsley and Derby all away over 5 or 6 games. No excuses.

Boris new evidence was found hence the case was reopened. One led to a Fixed Penalty Notice because the rules were broken, the other has not found any wrong doing. In one the then PM was found to have misled Parliament in the other someone is just not commenting.

Which makes the point that a 'claim' is not evidence.

Just been reading up, she had a kid born prematurely at 23 weeks (i think) she had bought her ex council house as had her husband. They were transitioning into one household from 2, but she was spent most of her time with the kid in intensive care so 'home' was pretty fluid. Clearly one side of the story but hardly the actions of a major fraud investigation.

As you say it is a 'claim' not 'evidence' I claim you know what I meant in my earlier post but have no evidence, so I won't call you a liar as I might be wrong.
