  1. Came on here a while back and got a bad review of sky glass, so didn’t bother. Whats the consensus on Sky Stream? Anyone got it?
  2. Aye. Scotchers at 12.30. And women at 3pm. So on that basis it’s conceivable that a 5.30 KO may be more beneficial to the powers that be, even though it would be the shittest option for L1 fans…

Bit harsh mate. Don’t think anyone is. See my earlier posts which explain what I imagine is most people’s opinion on here who are having a bit of banter exclaiming a faux type of excitement. It’s a bit of fun for crying out loud, don’t have to come on here calling us cunts! 🤣 A 100/1 shot which is worth at least cheering on, even though you know how unlikely it is to happen.

Did you see the game tonight? There’s more chance of Carlisle beating Derby than there is of that Posh team beating us.

Can see that. Be interesting to see how the next few weeks plays out for them.

Don’t care if it’s a reserve side, it’s an embarrassing effort this from Peterborough. I think performances like this can damage confidence, momentum, belief and fan opinion. Wouldn’t like to see us surrender like this in any game.
  7. Good for those with Each Way bets that include top 3 👍

Of course deep down I know you’re right. But as @Traf alluded to and you know with the miles you’ve put in, there’s plenty more reasons we head off to away days other than the expectation of “what if?” I’d be deluded if the only reason I was going down is because I expected the stars to align. But that said if the 100/1 shot is my horse and it starts the race, then I want to be there the day it comes in 😎

Tried to ignore it, gone through the “autos is over process,” gone through the “save your money for Play-offs process” but I can’t shake the “What if” moment and not being there. So fuck it… I’m in 😄
  10. 🤣 Come on @Zog1 you are not being serious with these comments/suggestions are you?
  11. I’d take it post the event. But never plan to do that.
  12. Will that be easy to get back if needed? How much proof do you need to say it was an emergency? Wondering whether to do the same.
  13. Whatever the circumstances you don’t aim to finish 4th rather than 3rd.
  14. Until the final…. Which we will win 😊
  15. I’m finding my self with inner turmoil, maniacal fits at the thought of just Cameron Jerome fit out of all our 8 strikers. Can you imagine 🤣
  16. Just use it pal. Used ours on numerous occasions without upgrading, not been pulled up once. Last game of season, can’t see them getting stringent all of a sudden
  17. I can’t explain why or since when, cause I’m sure I’ve looked at the league table since Tuesday, but I genuinely thought we were 4 points behind Derby. Right that’s it now, mentality change for the day. Big win for us, Derby lose, back in our hands … 🤣
  18. It’s worrying but people just go for the injury excuse Harsh that. We aren’t on Twitter here. Injuries only ever been mentioned as part of a bigger picture while acknowledging other deficiencies and areas for improvement.
  19. Don’t care who starts as long as they are 100% fit. Would be stupid risking anyone who isn’t.
  20. Very good counter argument. Im somewhere in the middle, can see both sides.
  21. It’s important in this debate to understand the injury point isn’t somebody off twitter saying a one liner as that’s the only reason we didn’t go up automatically . But you clearly can’t dismiss it as one of the reasons when it has affected us so badly. The other one I missed out in earlier discussions is George Johnston, massive miss this season. Those stats at first glance leave you bewildered as to why we are not in the top two; goals scored, ratio of shots to goals etc etc. But they are skewed as others have pointed out by some convincing home wins. So IMO there are definite improvements to be made in areas such as; specific game preparation, in-game management from players and manager and I would like to see IE be a little more flexible with tactics/formation/recruitment and less process driven at times. But I’ve said on numerous occasions, he’s a young, passionate, educated and dedicated manager who is improving as the team/squad is year on year I’m with @Horwich you can’t deny the improvement. Might not feel like it at the moment this year, but goals, wins, points and position will all improve. And as the season comes to a conclusion we are still in with a very good chance of going up, much better prospects than previous seasons.
  22. 🤣. They were actually practicing attacking and defending headers pre-match Tuesday. Honestly some of the nonsense that gets trotted out sometimes is laughable.
  23. Again quick check. Think you’re over analysing Aug-Jan 22/31 wins (and a shed load of goals!) Jan - April 10/25 wins You could break down individual games and trends and types of games to make any argument fit. But factually that 2nd part of the season is when injuries hit and it’s that poor form, with a much lower than expected points return which means we don’t finish 2nd.
  24. Well let’s finish on something we agree on. Take out the local games and I agree performance wise that 10/25 creates a false picture, we are better than that. I do feel some of those key players could have made marginal differences if fit in some of those games. Regardless of who is fit and available in the play-offs it will need those top level performances with chances being taken, and if we do then going up is still very much a possibility.
