  1. simple, has your fridge been pushed slighty into the switch ?
  2. right,i've talked enough sense on other threads on my day off,so let's get some shite spouted. nixon's being bombarded by fellow whites asking who the young CB is. so far,it's allegedly not rhys williams, harry mcguire, someone from colchester, grant hanley, darren o'dea and a host of others. i'm not on twitter so if someone could oblige please with bartley, nathaniel chalobah, andy webster ?
  3. i went to the 4-0 defeat at fulham, hardly any whites there. we'd actually started ok that season, drawing at burnley on opening day ironically, then tonking keegan's toon army,i'm sure the fulham game was the week after. gordon davies starred for them that day along with ray houghton. the welsh bastard always scored against us. a couple of weeks later we played at grimsby, one way traffic for 90 mins but their goalie nigel batch had the game of his life and we lost 1-0
  4. even madder, bruce forsythe was the bloke who found him he said ''let's have a look at the old scoreboard'' surrey cc are at a loss and have made no reply
  5. actually quite sad what sky sports have reported. the police were chasing him in his car at 4-30 this morning. he wouldn't stop then abandoned his mercedes. they couldn't keep up with him, then at 5-15 they found his body on the tracks. drink-driving maybe ?
  6. as a nipper my dad used to park up on lever st near edbros, for the bigger games we'd have to park up much further up probably round the uncle tom's cabin. in the 80's we could park at 10 to 3 next to the iron bridge. walking over the bridge you could see the ground virtually empty. sad sad days indeed
  7. apparently just a leg break at first, but must have some extras
  8. i remember getting a bus to morrisons, walking down manny rd to get the coach from burnden at 7ish,and there was only a handful of people on the car park waiting. a couple more were sat waiting in their cars, and bolstered our numbers. really shocking following, nobody at all was interested, yet when we plummeted even further 3 or 4 years down the line, our away following improved immensely and the days were unforgettable
  9. well,in true cricketing terms,he'll be looking to the skies now
  10. drove straight into him and smashed him through the covers
  11. Si Sports have just said, his eyesight was knackered, didn't have 20/20 vision and wandered onto the track
  12. might have had one too many and SLIPped
  13. easy tiger, you're pushing the boundaries now
  14. in total agreeance with you again K Watched the Whites on over 80 grounds over 30 odd years. been lots of very thin times. in the 80's we were as sparse as an ethiopian canteen. had superb days, then along came the prem and i lost total interest, but will be in attendance next season
  15. that's what make a football fan and us proud Wanderers
  16. must have worked up some steam to do that
  17. foolish thing to do,hit him in the chest silly mid-on
  18. think you're on the right tracks there pal
  19. Tom Maynard,23 looks like he stepped in front of a train
  20. imagine the tension at the turf moor...................everyone singing ''owen coyle, you're a wanker'..................................................................................................................... then all the burnely fans joining in !!! it's a stern test for OC,he couldn't have asked for tougher welcome back to the champioship
