  1. one fellow white who comes on here occasionally (but i'm not going to name n shame him),had a crunch in his parents wardrobe when he was bladdered and slept the night between them in bed, without them or himself realising. would have loved to see all their faces in the morning esp when the wardrobe was opened

  2. At least we're not acting like them Blackburn lot! We're better than that.

    Correct.

We're a class above them and all the doom and gloom merchants in that division.

Let's use our class and experience, enjoy a very short stay amongst them and get back to negativity next season and in-fighting on this forum

  3. There's been some sad faces obviously, and a few deserved digs made at certain players and management.

but even i'm surprised and buoyed by the growing optimism and mood around the town and especially on this site with regards to the 2012/13 campaign.

Everybody is looking forward to the challenge and very confident going into next season.

I said it months ago,the relegation is actually a blessing in disguise and just a temporary hitch.

If the players respond to the positivity and confidence being generated,we'll piss the championship with a record points tally.

I'm prouder now to be Boltonian and a Wanderers fan than I was in the Prem.

We'd gone stale and were resting on our laurels.

Now,when we're needed, let's show what being a Wanderer is all about

  4. Way too soon to be even contemplating line-ups and/or formations.

    C

we'd only slag coyle n co off if they didn't make decent preparation for next season,so we'll give the useless gits a hand, and hope Phil Gartside still reads this forum, and gives coyle the nod :glare:

we'll get the team back up,not those jokers who run the club :shiftyninja:

  5. Mate of mine is a Close Protection Security Specialist and was working on Sunday night at the player of the year awards. I was talking to my mate last night and he was telling me how he was speaking to Zat Knight for a while who was in bits that we had been relegated and was desperately wanting to stay to help the club bounce back.

He also spoke to David Wheater who basically said that the knee injury in his opinion isnt as bad as the club made out. He has been told by a physio that he will be back in light training in 6-8 weeks apparently. (Also David Wheater's missus is an absolute stunner)

And the best news of the bunch - he was looking after Muamba at the De Vere Hotel Entrance whilst he was waiting for a car to pick him up (which was 20 minutes late) and Muamba was talking about the Cardiac Arrest ordeal and how he has no memory of it. He basically told my mate that he could have claimed on his insurance and would have got ?5 million instantly....but this would have meant that his playing career was over as he wouldnt be able to get insurance again meaning he couldnt play. So he hasnt claimed on the insurance as he is determined to play next season. He even said that he would be back in training in a couple of weeks! He said that if it happens again then he will have to probably call it a day and claim off the insurance.....the man has some bottle. He even signed his programme to me as my mate asked for it, and gave me his Awards goodie bag which was nice of him. Top Bloke

Now if that thread doesn't put a smile on everyone's face this morning nothing ever will............superb news

i mean about muamba...........not zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzat knight

  6. Remember where you heard it first

Michael Johnson - on a pay as you play deal along with Owen Hargreaves on the same deal..............we wouldn't be paying many wages on those 2..............................would be useful for a game or two every 'blue moon'

  7. Love the positivity just to give balance we need to see who we retain and who does not leave if we get into the season with LCY and Holden I will be surprised given Boltons previous record of selling off assets the week before season starts I will bet big money one or both leave the club in August, regarding Vela nobody seen enough of him to know for sure if he is real deal, remind me of mick carter scenario circa 1980.

the good vibe is coming from the hope and belief that chungy and holden will still be there. i personally can't see clubs taking a punt on them until january at the earliest,by which time we'll be flying and heading back to the doom and gloom of the prem. like you say though,we know the wanderers well enough and it wouldn't surprise either of us to see vela and pratley in central midfield come august, god help us

plenty of good days ahead next season :innocent:

  8.

if muamba decides to jack it all in,vela could do a decent job in midfield, maybe draft another solid midfielder esp with sean davis going. read in the bolton news he's cost us ?5.4million over his 3 year contract, which equates ?16k for every minute he actually played for us.

we're going to piss that division next season, really am very confident

  9. better full backs than steinsson already at the club, petrov will do well in tht league, kevin davies's experience will be immeasurable and a good finale to his bolton career.

can see sordell really taking off next season as too ngog after skd has roughed up the opposition. holden muamba and ching chong will boss the midfield department

a quality centre half is all that's needed then we'll piss it

  10. He does seem a bit disabled in the head. Rich, maybe, but anywhere near a full shilling? The jury's definately out.

Definitely not a full shilling................in fact they've added VAT in his case

  11. Bearing in mind all personnel being fit and Fab continuing his career

    Bogdan

    Riley AN OTHER Ream Ricketts

    Chungy Holden Muamba Petrov

    K Davies Sordell

Strong enough to mount a serious challenge for promotion

  12. just got back last night after 3 nights of complete and utter debauchery......

fuck me the place is mental....

people say its like blackpool with the sun...i say bollocks, you cant get twatted all day for less than ?20 in blackpool (unless you get a crate of special and sit in bus shelter)

one round i got was 4xdouble vodkas and coke,4 pints of lager and 8 shots....we got 2-4-1 on the vodka so just ended up with 8,and it was 1.50 euros for the pints and the shots were free...the bill was 12 euros...12 fucking euros.

if you dont mind walking through broken glass, blood and sick on the floor to get to the bar....this is defiantly the place for you!

the spam to snatch ratio is no less than 3 to 1 id say,but theres plenty of establshiments to solve this problem for any of you that way inclined....

a younger, more care free memeber of our group decided to smuggle a house brick sized lump of bing taped to shaven area underneath his ballbag,so we were good on that point...and the red diddledees knocking about at 10 at euros a pop were worth every penny...flying tackle.

the place is just one open fucked fest......brilliant.

it was a terrible two hours watching the whites go down, but i couldnt of been anywhere better to take my mind of it!....

im now sat here with the curtains drawn, with what feels like a bag of cement on my head, with blurred vision and im scarred out my mind....not exactly sure what im scared of mind.....

i think was CWP who asked about taking his missus....if you dont like carverys mate, you aint gonna like benidorm!...trust me.

    Lightweights !!!!!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't have lasted the duration with us in the old days

  13. Martinez the bookies favourite to manage Villa

He'll go,hopefully take a few players with him and leave the pie eating, women glassing, scruffy fools totally in the shit.

Can't wait to pass by them on our way back up next season

  14. If we spend 1p more than we bring in that will be more than this season

    so true pal.

the club should just come out and say ''we're going to spend sweet fa and hope for the best''

im still confident we ''luckily'' will not have to spend much to bounce straight back up
