That's one of the saddest things I've ever seen.

Jim Bob at Club Academy on 3rd May ( if we finish 4th) Adam Hopper and The Wimps at Low Four Studios on the 10th May, Cardinals on the 11th. Bug Club play in Clitheroe on 17th May so might go to that yet too.

Saw two excellent bands at The Snug in Atherton last night. Triip and Flat Moon. One of the best venues around and the sound is unrivalled.

That in the first half where he swivelled, beat their man then hit it miles over and wide with his left foot was Paris in a nutshell. Like you say if he adds that finishing touch consistently he'd be sumert else. One of those midfielders you can imagine having a wonder season where everything clicks and he scores 10-15 and gets us big money.

Crap. Gone from fancying us in the playoffs on Saturday night to thinking Barnsley will do us again.

A band called Cardinals popped up on Spotify earlier on. Top stuff. Got tickets to see them at Yes next month - 6 quid. Another very good band from Cork.

Bought tickets for Jim Bob in Manchester ont 3rd May on Friday night then my mate told me yesterday that we'll play that night int playoffs if we finish 3rd. Bastard

Fair enough.

Because we turned up and performed in front of a big crowd in a huge game. Shitter that we couldn't put the ball in the net again to get all 3 points but I definitely feel better about going into (potentially ) 3 massive pressure playoff games after our performance today. Not sure what your point is to be honest.

Can't help but feel gutted about that this aft. We played very well against an average side that were poor today yet couldn't quite get over the line. That's the reason we are where we are I suppose. I fancy us in the playoffs a lot more than I did 2 weeks ago though.

Had a feeling all week that we're gna be brilliant tomoz. Could be the excitement. I'm not remotely nervous about it.
