Paid the grand sum of £2.50 for two tickets for the opening at Co-Op Live on Saturday. Rick Astley headlining so at least we know it doesn’t matter if trains are cancelled after the game as we only need to aim to arrive for the last song anyway 🤣
They’ll change it to U21 teams from the top two divisions. Extra European place goes to Premier League 9th place or whatever it’s down to now. Gives L1 & L2 the option of restoring EFL Trophy without U21 teams, but also without any TV money or a Wembley final.
Missed my alert for tickets because my phone was on silent 🙈
Think I managed to get literally the last 5 tickets. Was helpful being on the seating map so I pick up each odd ticket as they became available
Might join in their Russian poker game in the back. Be more fun than our game.
Currently 18th May but subject to change depending on Coventry’s FA Cup result….
Already committed to going but can’t see it being much of a scramble in reality. Even jostling for third or fourth doesn’t feel like much to get excited about.
We’re entirely capable of beating any of the teams in the play offs. But likewise we’re also capable of losing about 8-0 on aggregate to any of them, too.
Their keeper got booked after our first goal which would explain why he turned a blind eye the rest of the night. Not sure we’d have scored if we’d carried on until midnight, mind.
Think Maghoma’s finish and some of Jerome’s movement were the only bits of quality we had all night. Absolutely dire other than that.
Absolutely baffling half of football. Started positively but concede a soft goal and lose our heads. Manage to get back in to it then barely touch the ball before going behind again. 11 players between the ball and goal for the second one. Shouldn’t be happening. Simple as that.
Now we’re talking. The Embankment in Benidorm gave us free reign of YouTube before the Port Vale game last season and it was the first thing we put on 😁
