  1. What we should be looking towards considering the position we are in, is a good man manager! We can agree, some of the players we have in the first team are not good enough but, we need someone who can get whoever we have on our books, playing to their full potential. I believe Dougie is / was not, that type of person. He understood the working of a club in every aspect but, this is where he should be .... on the backroom club staff and not a team manager. He has done more for the club in general off the pitch than on it! We now need someone who will lead by example, show spirit, grit and determination to fight for their position, their mates and the club we all love. Who that man or woman is.... you decide?
  2. What I cannot be doing with is throw away statements from managers good or bad! DF "we didn't quite do enough to win", "Our players gave everything that they had" talk about contradictions!!! Sounds like we had better get used to not quite good enough?
  3. Just what we need when the likes of Ngog stating how eager he is to score goals and defensively we hear Knight stating what a good partnership he and Mills are going to make! Cannot defend nor score goals. All well and good but it is time we had something to cheer about on the pitch and not read bollox in the papers. Shape up or ship out time wasters!
  4. Wedding invitation and cannot make the game on Saturday. Anybody like to go? West Stand Lower. Let me know if interested.
  5. Good to hear some positive news. A big thanks and shout out to everyone involved. God bless Fabrice and all his family.
  6. Remember seeing him when he first came to bolton. He was in town with his mother. He looked as though he had just stepped off the banana boat with his well worn trainers barely on his feet and shuffling down the street with his Mum in tow. He looked less like a sportsman than Frank off Shameless. Talk about getting the wrong impressions......he has been fantastic for BWFC, always gave his all, pity about injuries along the way but, a player you will never forget.
  7. Must admit I've hardly seen him all season. Not that I am looking for him or that concerned. Not seen or heard of him recently. Not been arrested again has he?
  8. How come it takes the likes of the Gooners to wrap up a deal for Nutsacker within the day. Wanderers have been farting about all month with the likes of SWP Ngog etc with no news of any conclusions???
