This will be tough after the walloping we gave them at home
-
Collins has played cracking balls in behind defenders. If we can get Charles fit and on the end of these, there's plenty of goals in us.
Excellent point in the grand scheme of things

Still not fancy it?
I do, just can't be arsed with the drive home afterwards - or the tea time traffic drive there to be honest
-
I can see a good few POTD rocking up tonight

If the rumours were true that Johnson was set up for a move before his injury, if he returns successfully, which at his age he should, we may not have him that long to fit in? As for Eoin that’s great news but with Johnson fit and he stays it pushes Forrester further down the chain and for me he could turn out the best of the lot.
Maybe not next season, but I could a back 3 of Johnson, Forrester and Toal if someone takes a punt on Santos

Sheffield Utd gonna get a real pumping again tonight. Their defence is shocking
-
Hes better than Jones imo
-
Big fan of Toal, great news

Pompey have a shit run in. Whoever wins between them n Derby comes up with us
-
We're going on a winning streak until Derby - where we'll get pumped
-
Just looked at my record at Derby. Missed all 3 draws we've had in the time I've been doing loads of aways.
Been 11 times, lost them all

Easy win today. Good to get Santos back up to speed by having little to do, hopefully settles Coleman down a bit too. Had chuff all to do but did the bits he had to with no fuss.
Most delighted though for Collins to score. He knows we made a huge investment in him. Monkey off his back, should have had an assist if Dacres-Cogley does what he should and a goal line clearance from a 2nd. Shit my arse.
Not saying that banishes the last week but a solid performance and easy win settles nerves a bit.
Like Ogbeta too. He's got something about him
-
If Iredale had made the same basic errors Cogley and Jones have made recently, he'd be getting slated.
My concern with Sheehan is we need him on Tuesday so must not get booked today
-
I'd make a few changes today to freshen it up - not as a knee jerk reaction.
Ramsey for Cogley, Forester for Toal, Dempsey for Maghoma and Collins to start. I'd even be tempted to start Morley for Sheehan

The main issue for Coleman is he's automatically compared against Baxter, probably the best keeper in the league.
He'll be be reet. The whole team just needs re tuning and tightening up like a trusty old fender.
And Trafford before that. We've had keepers better than L1 standard for 2 years now - which apparently was Evatts blind spot

Quick tip
Don't get up at 5.30
If the wife didn't set off for work at 6.15 and we didn't have a dog, I wouldn't.
Need to retire.

Hardly like big away followings have done us much good in this last week.
Getting up at 5.30 every morning makes midweek aways a pain for me unless I'm stopping over
-
Would you like a rub off sir?

Def get duty free and put it in a hip flask for putting in a brew while out and about.
Restaurant Markadurin or something like that in the centre is fabulous.
Set meals the way to go to keep costs only expensive rather than stupid.
Viator.com is your friend for booking trips.
Just looked - grillmarkadurinn

Any footballer really needs to keep off twitter more than anything - the balloons on there seem to compete to out dickhead each other.
Go on a blocking spree and even more dickheads appear
-
It's a big end and they'll stick us towards the top of it. It won't sell out anyway
-
With Barnsley and Derby on the horizon, this is very much a need to win game.
Won't be pretty. Don't want to contemplate anything other than a win
-
Usual 4 goal pumping.

For me, while we are good enough to beat plenty just by having better players, we have a weakness of being far too predictable especially against smash & grab teams.
We've no striker with a physical presence like them 2 at Charlton, Colby Bishop, Lee Gregory last season etc.
No midfielder who will drive at a packed defence like Frandsen used to. They must still exist.
We also need defenders who value the art of defending more than the art of fannying around. Forester and a fit Johnson can do this, not sure about the rest.
Not calling for Evatts head, not by a long way but there are 23 styles to play against, we have to be able to mix it up better
