New Adventures is very very good. Though suffered from being thought of as recorded on tour in soundchecks throwaway kind of thing. E-bow is stunning as is Electrolite, Leave, etc.
I’d recommend Lifes Rich Pageant and and Murmur as the best of the 80s stuff. Automatic is of course their well known classic and chock full of songs you’ll know.

Neither did whichever dickhead decided to rip the back of a seat off and launch it at our own supporters in about the 90th minute. Hit the 2 guys in front of me at full tilt in the back of their heads - luckily didn’t cause any major damage.
It was number 68 and I was row CC, so I’d imagine it came from HH or around there. We’ve got some thick twats that follow the club - the age old 50% rule is bollocks in cases like that, and Wigan away seems to bring out plenty of them.
That was us it hit. Utter Bellends - no damage done thankfully.

The Brewery Tap was good. Nice place, good beer. On Lower Bridge Street.

Try getting there without a car.
30 mins on train to Burscough. Then it’s a bus, cab or whatever. Not that bad.

Josh Ritter - a little bit middle of the road and wears his influences on his sleeve, but a great songwriter and excellent live. A large back catalogue to get stuck into as well.

Where’s this 2 weeks come from? Mine finish 1st April - it’s 4 weeks.

Yeah, loads in the books to go at.
Press release a couple of weeks ago, not sure what to think, yet. Cast list doing the rounds as well including our very own Sir Lenny Henry!!??
Amazon Studios’ forthcoming series brings to screens for the very first time the heroic legends of the fabled Second Age of Middle-earth’s history. This epic drama is set thousands of years before the events of J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, and will take viewers back to an era in which great powers were forged, kingdoms rose to glory and fell to ruin, unlikely heroes were tested, hope hung by the finest of threads, and the greatest villain that ever flowed from Tolkien’s pen threatened to cover all the world in darkness. Beginning in a time of relative peace, the series follows an ensemble cast of characters, both familiar and new, as they confront the long-feared re-emergence of evil to Middle-earth. From the darkest depths of the Misty Mountains, to the majestic forests of the elf-capital of Lindon, to the breathtaking island kingdom of Númenor, to the furthest reaches of the map, these kingdoms and characters will carve out legacies that live on long after they are gone.

Surely it’s easier to turn your Bluetooth off though
I’d say not, it’s 2 clicks. Also your Bluetooth stays on for your headphones, watch, car etc...

Don’t need to turn Bluetooth off, you can turn Contract Tracing off in the app and then set it come back on after 4,8 or 12 hours.

Yeah the same fella has had Baci and Ciao Baby for years. Food was top notch and very well organised. Had to wait a bit, but was very busy. You give them your car reg when ordering and then they just come out and stick it in your boot.

Collecting from Baci tonight in Harwood.

Finished Narcos Mexico last night. What a series this has been. The first 3 with Escobar was the best telly I'd seen since The Sopranos. The first Mexico was good but not great but its definitely back to it's best now. I'm eagerly awaiting the next one.
Struggling with it myself. 7 eps in and nothing much has happened?
