  1. I absolutely love we have brought this back. Fucking brilliant memories from the Big Sam era. Love it. And yes, bring back the 633 Squadron
  2. 3-0 Whites Big Vic, Sheehan, Celine.
  3. I think we’ll get automatic. Evatt’s teams usually have a strong second half to the season and with a couple of decent additions this Jan there’s no reason why this can’t be another of those! I’ve got a feeling Derby will continue their charge and take top spot but we’ll be in there in 2nd place, I’ll fucking take that. Up the massive Whites!
  4. Even with 3 wins in a row I have a bad feeling about this one. Any win please, but I think it'll be a 1-1 draw.

    Fan Zone

Is the Fan Zone open tonight?
  6. I'm in favour of it being Home shirts last for 2 seasons. Away change every year but the previous seasons away kit becomes the third kit for the following year. I'm sure that's how it used to be? But the Home kit is almost certainly the biggest seller so clubs will cash in by changing that one every year for sure, can't see that ever changing unfortunately.
  7. I was going to say 1 and 2 until I zoomed in and noticed the weird pink marks on the away kit. So 1 and 1 for me.
  8. Sorry, I meant I am likely to be buying the ticket myself from someone who can't go- apologies I didn't word that very well!
  9. It's great to finally have a few gigs in the coming weeks! 04/09- The Twang at Chester Live Rooms 30/09- The Enemy at Manchester Ritz 09/10- Godsmack at Manchester Academy 04/11- Fozzy at Manchester New Century Hall Potentially taking a spare ticket for Ian Brown as well off a mate who can't go.

    Ipswich away

No keeper out of 7 subs??? great attacking options off the bench though
  11. Exactly the same as me. I could name you almost the whole Wimbledon or Southampton squad from 1994-95 from spending so long looking at sticker albums as a kid, but if you asked me to name 5 players from the usual starting XI of most Prem teams now I couldnt do it. Anything after 03-ish and I'm crap.
  12. From working in Liverpool for several years, and the majority of my colleagues being Reds- the general consensus was they hated Diouf and thought he was shit, especially for the money they paid. They were surprised he did so well for us.
  13. He blocks the ball He stops a goal Eoin Eoin Toal!
  14. I'd love it just to be called something like The Nat Lofthouse Stadium, but I get why they need the sponsorship money. Just not the BooHoo stadium- the tweets and newspaper headlines write themselves.
  15. Saw White Lies at the Warrington Neighbourhood Weekender a couple of years back, they were brilliant!!
  16. The Juke and Craig Dawson were two we should have realistically been able to sign but couldn't. Jon Newsome, Paul Richie and Matt Clarke have already been mentioned and did a great job for us, I'd have liked to have seen them stay longer. Daniel Sturridge and Jack Wilshere were never coming to us permanently, unfortunately.
  17. What a fantastic afternoon that was, definitely had a lump in my throat seeing so many of the players who meant so much to me growing up take to the field one final time. Bolton Wanderers is a magnificent football club. A special day and a lot of money raised for a great cause.

    MK Dons (H)

Buzzing for the game! Cant wait 2-0 Whites, start with a win. COYWM
  19. Good luck in your recovery Happy. All the best
  20. 10th- just don't think we have the firepower unless someone like a Sarce, Politic, Dapo gets us double figures from midfield.
  21. Fully on board with this. Give him a chance and see what IE makes of him. There's obviously talent there and if Evatt can see it and draw it out of him then we'll have a good player on board for hopefully low cost.
  22. Gonna try and get to a few of these. FCUM is a definite, never been.
