  1. Fucking better be 2-1 to us- Doyle and Sarce
  2. Let me know what you think pal
  3. Beautiful Thing was really good, but All For One is utter dog breath.
  4. Five Finger Death Punch- Bad Company fantastic
  5. Dream Team- Sunday nights Sky 1 8pm Fucking loved that show. It's a crime they made about 250 episodes of it and was never released on DVD, or even put on Netflix. There's quite a few episodes on YouTube though.
  6. FINALLY almost finished Shameless on Netflix. Never watched it all the way through when it was on proper TV, gave up about series 7. Fuck me I had no idea there were so many series/episodes. Brilliant show, that massively declines as all the main characters start leaving. Looking forward to seeing how it ends though.

  8. Really? I haven't heard anything about it....
  9. Got a bad feeling we are going to start the season with a defeat. But I will be positive- 3-1 Bolton. Doyle to get off the mark, Sarcevic and Taft
  10. According to the BBC Sport gossip pages, Simon Grayson is to be appointment as manager by the administrators.
  11. I've just found out that our place are putting everyone on a permanent "home-based" contract within the next couple of months. Not really arsed tbh, no commute, save on petrol costs, less cars on the road and more of a lie in each morning. Fine with me
  12. Response from the club this morning- tickets renewed! Up the massive Whites!
  13. Cheers for the quick reply- seen people on FB saying they went in person....lying cunts.
  14. My mate lives near the Reebok and wants to go and buy in person from the shop/ticket office. Is it open?
  15. Fucks sake. Are we not allowed any periods of positivity at this football club? Gutted for the lad if it's a bad one. He would have had a key role to play this season, fingers crossed its not as bad as initially thought.
  16. As long as this seasons shirt doesnt have the HB peeling off after 1 wash it'll be an improvement. I eventually managed to peel the rest of the sponsor off and it actually looked better without.

    Jimmy Wagg

Sad news, I've listened to GMR on the way to and from games ever since I've been going. Jimmy always seemed a really decent bloke and was a very good presenter. Hopefully whoever they replace him with won't be a massive cunt.
  19. For me, it's a massive YES. I'd love to have a pint while watching the game like when I have been to Super League games in the past. But, unfortunately there are plenty who'd just throw the pints, get absolutely steamed and kick off with fans nearby. Too many nobs to make it work, and if they did introduce it as a temporary measure to entice fans back to grounds then there would be huge complaints if it was taken away again.
  20. Fuck Tranmere. All that needs to be said here.
  21. No chance Robben was a better premiership player than Bergkamp. Overall career achievements potentially yes, but in England Bergkamp was streets ahead of Robben. He was a fantastic player- and thanks to Brucie for bringing him to this country.
  22. 90s for me. Grunge, Indie, gangsta rap, dance and even pop music was just brilliant in the 90s
  23. Yeah he was decent, did well for us!
  24. Anelka has always been very complimentary about his time at Bolton. I also remember reading an article is 4-4-2 magazine a few years ago where fans wrote in and asked him questions, one was asking about how he found it playing with world class players and then being stuck with Kevin Davies. Anelka replied that he loved playing with SKD and that he was one of his favourite strike partners and very underrated. I was concerned that he was just going to be a mercenary when we signed him and show the attitude issues we’d heard about but he always worked hard, caused no problems and produced some absolute quality for us. Great player? I doubt we’ll have someone as good as him again for a long, long time.
