  1. If he does retire, then I reckon he'll have properly shafted WBA. No doubt he got a fairly decent signing on fee and will have been on a decent wage for the last few weeks. He's also only leaving them with a couple of weeks to replace him

Shirley he'd have to give back whatever they paid to him to join if he's the one rescinding his own contract

  2. i didn't like coyle

i didn't like the fact he got a relatively easy ride

i didn't like the fact he hadn't got the sense to use muamba

i didn't like the fact that everything behind the scenes was a total and utter fcuking shambles

i didn't like the fact that he relegated a team that should have stayed up

he then had that team on its way to another relegation

this fella is putting that right while trying to achieve results on the pitch

with no fcuking money cos we got relegated

is it really so difficult to see why this fella has to be judged differently

in fact, forget it, it probably is

when this mon sells one of the players he's inherited for 7 million and replaces him with 2 or 3 players he doesn't pick, come back and we'll judge freedman against coyle

  3. They've played the Fanzone once or twice - look like they could do with a wash. Lead singer some sort of "Stars in their Eyes" version of Liam Gallagher tries FAR too hard.

    Music's shite too.

    Other than that, they're alright.

  4. My 1st and only visit to Highbury. That goal from Nolan was something special!

I thought we were on for a famous victory but then Gilberto bagged like you said in what seemed like the 100th minute of injury time. Left with a point from Highbury that actually felt like a loss!

    Nearly forgot... Sickening!

On the actual topic, Duff and Dunn when the inbreds beat us 4-1 at our place in the promotion season.

Also that Fulham team in the promotion season but in particular Saha was a class above

Looked on Sky before and they're showing Bolton v Blackburn from 2001 at about half midnight this coming Monday - might well be that game.

  5. This. One i went in had a kitchen in the sand covered by a tarpaulin at the back of the hut. Was a fucking superb meal though! Even had a cow wander by through the hut half way through

    Did you get her number?

  6. Who is going to be his assistant, Adrian Chiles?

Joke decision - I'm only shocked they didn't give it to the Hope Powell lad.

Seems you don't need success or qualifications on your CV to make it as a manager in international football.

  7. I must admit that on the very odd occasion I do like a day where I do fuck all.  I mean absolutely fuck all, except for watching an entire season series of some quality telly ... especially when I've had something exceptional wo watch such as The Wire, Breaking Bad, Band of Brothers, etc.

Breaking Bad is another one that I'm well behind on.

This day gets better and better

  8. You've no kid and you're going to stop in and watch tele?

You really need a night out with WW's vile gang.

Oh and Kent, I bet that's ace if you're off you're head. Well jel and all that :)

I know I'd be dead after that, so I'll pass!

I've got buckets of stuff to watch on my Sky box, it's a simple pleasure these days.

  9. Went last month for a weekend, was great .

Last time I was over a pint of the black stuff was about 6 or 7 Euro, this time was about 4.50 Euro per pint. Their economy is still on its arse so fill yer boots.

Paid 22 Euro for the hop-on city tour bus which was a great way to blast away a hangover with the morning air, we stopped at Kilmainham Gaol for the tour which was very interesting. Also went to the Guinness factory which was alright but the bar at the top was better.

    Great city.
