Fair enough Gudni,
1 apologies Gudni - thought you were a ED/PG hater - judging off what Gonch has said about facebook, theres a lot of it about this weekend!
2 fair enough
3 just a bit
4 good lad!
Impressed with all the new signings and chuffd that we look at lot more physical now.
Martin bullied us last year but got next to nowt out of Prince.
Bolton are back, Bolton are back, ello, ello!
Reckon that will be top notch.
We really want to go but we always have the dog with us when we are up that way, so go to the pub instead.
Enjoyed the French but would rather fork out that type of money for the real deal at L'enclume.
NB/Jules if you like the food at Mr Coopers you should try Simon Rogan's pub at Cartmel if you are ever up there.
Great local produce, very reasonably priced and totally unpretentious.
TBF Maggie if a Labour chancellor had raised the Minimum Wage the Conservatives on here would have been saying it was a Commie policy guaranteed to cause unemployment, it rubs both ways and just shows the tribal nature of politics.
I'm no fan of Osborne but fair play on him on this.
Where have you heard that? Its not on that LoV nonsense - unless its hidden in between the Gold Cup previews.
Bit of a cnuts trick on the BENs part as Iles is out in Austria with the club?
Despise West Ham.
Nolan never played for BSA at Newcastle, if you are going to beat him with a stick, at least make it factually correct one.
Like those who say Taylor played for BSA at Wanderers, never happened.
I know FFP an EPPP are separate issues, just pointing out that these costs are excluded from FFP and bigger youth development costs make it easier to claim that certain costs are related to youth development.
Same deal as with the hotel and the free school etc - I'd take an educated guess that these projects were a factor in us avoiding a transfer embargo - along with the massive write downs at the end of 2012/13.
Seems common sense, if a little short termist to reduce these costs as its a big chunk of our turnover as pointed out above.
Only worrying thing is these costs are excluded from FFP, so it might give us less opportunity to be 'creative' with the accounts if we are borderline compliant.
I'm not a Gartside basher but the club can't hide behind FFP for this one.
One in 32 in class and 2 in 90 in the year?
We had better numbers than that when I was at primary school in the late 80's & early nineties!
Thought we'd picked up more yoof in the twenty years since judging by what I see in the ground.
