Jimmy Carr: Natural Born Killer
Now, I like Jimmy Carr. He’s very, very funny in my opinion. Pushes the boundaries, doesn’t give a fuck, takes comedy where it should maybe go
This is utter, utter shite. Not remotely funny. Nothing to make me laugh at all. Real shame
Leave this sort of challenging cancel culture thing to Gervais. He’s way better at it

Wife's grandad had a merc, and it seemed to float over bumps; it was really smooth and comfy.
Her parents have a b class merc, and it is obviously good, but is a much firmer ride than the older one.

The Merc looks nicer inside and out but the Skoda seems to have a good reputation for reliability.
Aye. Both are firm rides but the Merc seats are way softer. Only driven Skodas a couple of times but those seats are hard

Favourite Bolton keeper - Seamus - edges out Barry Siddall. Jussi was class but didn’t have to cope with the pitches that they did
Favourite international keeper- Buffon
Best saves- Jussi at Blackburn
Iconic moment- Branagan vs Reading
Icon- Schmeicel - took keeping to another level

Completely agree. If it can be done then get the money in BWFC pockets.

It’s a great idea but, realistically, with the approach from the station, the hotel entrance, the car park, is there enough room for one that’s worth it. Not against the idea at all, just wondering if it’s workable. And then add in GMP…

If the comfort for the parents is a big issue I’d go Merc every day
Such a low mileage I’d certainly consider electric or hybrid at the very least

Just hit East Manc. Thunder, lightning, hail, the lot. Now I can see blue skies. Got to be into double figures the number of times the same thing’s happened today

Great performance. But not quality enough to finish them off. I’ll take a positive though. We didn’t do our usual - sell loads of tickets for a big game in front of a nearly full house and completely capitulate
Happy Clapper in me says Derby are more than capable of completely fucking up their run in. Them and Peterborough took advantage when we threw away our games in hand. Both are now having a bit of a wobble. Reckon its final day stuff this

I do miss Youri but, to be honest, he got a bit tedious towards the end
Have to admit that by the time that he disappeared I’d come to the conclusion that he was a massive bullshitter after a load of conflicting stuff on some posts that I was discussing with him. Cant remember what they were so can’t refer back to them
If he really was genuine then I hope that he’s OK

Guess that depends on your age
Yep. And your dad. I grew up in Sharples and my dad in Smithills. Short hop over the hill to Blackburn. He never missed the chance to take me to Ewood from a very early age. That promotion game we were on a dad and lad ticket in their riverside stand. Blackburn always a rival for me from that day

Turning point: The Bomb and the Cold War on Netflix is an excellent watch.
Finished that last night. Brilliant. Scary to think about how much stuff I was oblivious to. Particularly in the 80s. Also how much I didn’t know about Putin’s rise to power

Pre internet, so schools playground talk was we will do it next season ( 12 years old) no idea about pubs obviously. We did. However as of 1976 we went on a run of games where we couldn’t score. And lost games to relegation threatened teams.
Might be remembering wrong but Greaves got a fair ride from the Burnden crowd in Div2. Think it was a “here we go again” attitude. Only turned nasty second season in Div 1

Well if that doesn’t fire them up for Saturday nothing will. Famous last words but I reckon Derby have bottled it. It’s us or Peterborough

Foden really is the bollocks
He really is. Just hope that Southgate doesn’t piss about and puts him in as a starter rather than trying to fit him in or use him as a sub

the Morrisons Rhubarb pies are Amazing
but like you say its Hit and Miss if they have them in
They are always by the front door and never in the bakery section so are always gone early

Absolutely love rhubarb and Morrisons do a decent rhubarb pie but it’s hit and miss when they have it in stock. Better with crumble though
Apple pie every time. Never crumble. Hot or cold. Custard, double cream or ice cream. Park Cakes near me in Ashton have a factory shop that knocks out rejects for £1. Lovely!!
No more replays anymore

Hearing that it wasn’t discussed with the FA Cup Committee who actually run the competition. Don’t know if that’s definitely true or just a rumour
