  1. If FV were going to do it, it wouldn’t be through admin. Admin requires upfront funds, acquisition might not.
  2. Honestly, his issue isn’t the money, it’s where it’s coming from. I think some wealthy yet possibly naive people were led astray by his claims. There should also be a keen eye cast upon the young football ‘agent’ who accompanied LB on his ‘first day in office’
  3. Yes, whoever buys it will need EFL to agree to some kind of compromise. A 20 point plus deduction effectively means you’re a L2 club. 6 weeks ago there was hope it would be a championship club.
  4. I do notice Nixon now ‘breaking’ the story of how much ED Trustees are actually owed and how they have continually loaned the club funds on an unsecured basis....
  5. They aren’t, it was an example as to why the true debt figure changes the landscape, especially in the context of the past 2 weeks.
  6. No no, I won’t be staying, just a fleeting visit.
  7. Perhaps foolishly or otherwise I sought some comfort in the most recent Nixon story on the true debt value. At this point though I’m not employed by any of the bidders, I think they are all a bit too wet behind the ears for that kind of carry on.
  8. Not necessarily Salford (although they are 2 wins from League 2) but there are a number of league clubs for sale that have zero debt (owner owed debt essentially) where £40M could go directly to improving the squad as opposed to simply clearing debts. Take for example Bury even, £6M debts paid off and £34M for players etc, with that investment would you expect them to be higher than BWFC in two years? That’s even without the potential points deductions. I know there’s the argument about infrastructure at BWFC and the sale/charge value of the acquired assets, but purely on numbers, the past 6 weeks have really changed the landscape.
  9. I suspect that will be again delayed whilst the ‘ownership’ is contested.
  10. I believe that there are a number of creditors supporting various bidders, but at present there exists reticence due to the potential points deduction(s). Given the costs involved, it doesn’t make financial sense for anybody now to take on. As a point of comparison, look at the expenditure of Salford over the past 4 years versus the £40M you’d need to just acquire and sustain BWFC in its current guise.
  11. Legally I cannot, I can confirm however that I am not Andrew Gartside
  12. Well, the issue is quite simply that Moonshift hold significant secured and unsecured debt, as I have said all along, this prevents them from seeking administration unless a new buyer is willing to make an offer to buy out of administration at a higher level than the required EFL threshold. At this juncture there is no financial benefit to them of putting the club in to administration as liquidation would deliver a similar or perhaps better return on the outstanding amounts. I believe that the best option at this stage is for somebody to take the route of acquiring the Moonshift debt (secured and unsecured) immediately putting the club in to administration and buying back at the EFL threshold. This will still take a figure north of £25M.
  13. Well I know Keir Gordon spoke to Bassini for the first time this morning, at the behest of the EFL
  14. 4 Buyers have now discovered the true state of the debt. John Galt is Paul Aldridge. Good luck.
  15. Only when discussing your length with your husband. And 12 days since we first stated the Thai backers, please don’t be selective with what you pick out.
  16. Surely easier to just walk away from the forum. ‘Boothy’ Do you miss spending your days in the Rocket?
  17. The world does change in 12 days, young lady.
  18. Initially we were told this along with everybody else.
  19. Defamation also requires me to have caused a slight against your/his character, I think that character was already questionable and has been guilty of offences such as moving company money previously. Has anything that I have said caused people to think less of you/him? Absolutely not, they previously thought he was a cunt, and you/he remains a cunt with a proven history of committing offences causing barring of directorship.
  20. But to be clear, there are no illegalities in raising funds against assets, nor in having to liquidate a business.
  21. I expected him to complete because we were going to loan him the funds, he failed to provide the security (property).
