Does a double everyday, and they tell you what they are every sports update. TBH though I think Traf has been more beneficial on this site than Thommo on the radio. That was when I couldn't get on here to post it due to the continuing problems on the site, unfortunately. She has Pilca in the 3.55, but it might struggle against the favourite.
