tylswhite
Russia vs Wales Russia still have top spot to play for and need to win this to keep in touch with Germany. Wales are already out and have failed to score in their last two home games vs Finland and Germany. Russia have won their last 5 qualifiers without conceding a goal and should win comfortably. Russia @ 1.62 (Betfair) Scotland vs Holland Scotland have to win this to have a chance in this group to get one of the playoff spots. They will be without James Mcfadden through suspension though which is a big blow. After watching Scotland against Macedonia at the weekend I fancy Holland to win even if they rest a few, they still have a chance of becoming the first dutch side in history to go through with a 100% record. Holland @ 2.24 (Betfair) Ive done a double and two singles on the above two, Fingers crossed Ive layed the Rep of ireland tonight as well with the team they have put out no way should they be evens. Lennie
I like this bet. You get the added bonus of betting that Scotland and Wales both lose.

tylswhite
Sunderland @ 1.85 against Hull on saturday stands out to me too. Hull have only won 1 out of ther last 17 away matches and Sunderland look a decent side this season. I will be suprised it they are still that price saturday morning. tylswhite
Portugal can be layed @ 1.54 on Betfair tonight away to Hungary. That price is insane, theres just no way it should be so low.
Site Supporter MickyD Posted September 9, 2009 Site Supporter Share Posted September 9, 2009 A question: If ou lay a team instead of backing the opposition, do you get the draw as well? i.e. you're backing a team NOT to win?

Yes. So for example if you layed Portugal and they drew with Hungary you would win.

Big E
Can you back singles and doubles on Betfair? Or am i going to have to open my Ladbrokes account again?
Lennie
Betfair do multples now. You have to click the multiples tab rather than go into the individual sport.
tylswhite
If you can be arsed its best to shop around for the best price because Betfair doesnt always have the best price on multiples.
