Think it's gone now but Whiplash was on iPlayer recently, another good un featuring drumming.

Been trying to find some new sci fi type shit to watch and came across Vast Of Night yesterday, quite a good watch although maybe a bit style over substance really.

Also watched summat called Blow The Man Down which seemed to have a bit of a following in the indie scene, not sure it was worth the effort.

Very decent

good shout that

softcore porn plot disguised as big think feminist revenge. think the most recent "black christmas" remake followed similar lines.

dont see why it got folk falling over it.

Just finished watching Corrupt aka Cop Killer or Order Of Death from 1983.

Overall not a bad thriller, but not a great one either. A low budget Italian film based on a decent book by Hugh Fleetwood.

John Lydon really holds his own as the bad guy acting wise, against his co-star Harvey Keitel, who along with De Niro and Pacino is probably one of the best actors of our generation.

Fuck.

Me.

Recognise that bloke from the Warbies ad. He's alright

I assume you mean the remake with Robert De Niro, Nick Nolte and Juliette Lewis?, the original version from the 60s with Robert Mitchum is worth a watch too.

Another recommended Mitchum film is Night Of The Hunter, directed by acting legend Charles Laughton (Captain Bligh from Mutiny On The Bounty)

Robert Mitchum and Gregory Peck are in both the original and the remake

Never got in with Volume 2 for some reason, volume 1 however is a classic.

My favourite Tarantino films are the obvious ones, Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction

It’s just one film, only reason it wasn’t because no cinema Was showing a 4 hour film

I’d have a hard time not having Django in my top 3 QT films
