Traf
There doesn't seem to be much gambling in this bit nowadays. Have you all moved on to sharetrading with goatboy?

Traf
I've backed Desert Strike in the 3.10 Southwell today: took 4/1 Best Odds Guaranteed with bet365
richbwfc
I've backed Desert Strike in the 3.10 Southwell today: took 4/1 Best Odds Guaranteed with bet365 25/1 winner in that race. Not horses, but I backed Wagner to win Xfactor at 100s on Betfair. Now into 10s. Wish I had put more than a fiver on now. And wish I had backed it again like I wanted to but then bottled at 200s
Traf
The 25/1 shot ran very well in fact, mine was backed all the way into 6/4 at one point, but never really got going. As for Wankner, he'll not win, so I'd consider laying your bet off for a bit of guaranteed profit.
Traf
I'm looking at backing these today (prices as of 10.30am): 12.00 Lingfield: Bollywood Style (5/2) 12.30 Lingfield: Paphos (9/4) 1.50 Wetherby: Diamond Frontier (5/2) And these would have E/W chances, hopefully: 2.30 Naas: The Dew At Night (10/1) 2.40 Lingfield: Santefisio (15/2) 2.50 Chepstow: Grey Wulff (8/1) 3.15 Lingfield: Atacama Sunrise (7/1) 3.35 Wetherby: Silvers Spirit (6/1)
Traf
Had a whisper about one for today from a friend in Ireland. Seamies Dream 2.20 Limerick. E/W bet at 20/1.
Traf
It's a bit like the Marie Celeste in this part of the forum, isn't it? Shall we try and get things moving a little? Today, I fancy: Kempton: 4.05 Kuala Limper (11/8 Best Odds Guaranteed with B365, Boyles, Betfred or Corals)Won Lingfield: 12.55 Orchard Supreme (5/1 BOG: B365 or Victor Chandler) 2nd at 8/1 1.55: Al Jaadl (3/1 BOG Betfred) 2nd, got caught right on the line! Southwell: 3.10 Timesawastin (5/2 BOG: Boyles) 3rd For those not sure what BOG is: if you take for example the 5/1 on the first race and it wins at 7/1, they'll pay you at 7/1. If it wins at 3/1, they pay you at 5/1. BOG is the minimum they'll pay , but it can drift. You can also just punt it on Betfair, if you wish. richbwfc
How much is a point for you traf? Understand if you don't want to disclose how much each unit is, but maybe as a percentage of your bank?
Traf
On these, it's ?10 a point. But we always refer to points, so that everyone can make their own minds up.

Traf
Pretty piss poor fare today in the UK: just poxy lower grade sand racing. I don't have any regular bets for today, but if I was to have a small punt through the card, I'd go with: 1.10: Kheley (3/1) won 1.40: Castle Myth (7/4) won 2.15: Dontpaytheferryman (1/2) won 2.45: Dubai Hills (8/11) won 3.20: Even Stevens (9/4) 4th 3.55: Double Carpet (11/2) 2nd Prices correct as of 12.30. Looks like a favourites day today, bar the last race. The fav won the last race! Edited January 9, 2011 by Traf
