Pratley was signed pretty early wasn't he? If he didn't sign a pre-contract he was certainly courted by us for a long while Therefore he was more of a first choice for OC than a panic signing And anyway how would we have paid for SWP if we didn't have any money for better midfielders? If Fulham go for a man for man marking job OC goes to the edge of the technical area every five minutes and all players (Except Jussi) swap with someone else. We could end up with Cahill playing centre forward and Klasnic at Right back! Or maybe not!
