I think the majority of us already knew the importance of Moo in the team, it doesn't need stats to confirm the blatantly obvious, having said that, Coyles not clicked full yet.

Can the Bedsheet Brigade please print these stats out on a nice new bright white one & wave it about before kick-off?

Many thanks in advance.

Of these, he was definately off form against Liverpool (when his kid was in hospital), not sure about Spurs. The rest is Coyle going all out in attack to get a draw or win. If he had kept things tight with Muamba on we might have got draws against Norwich and Newcastle, but can't see it changing the other results.

Regards the last bit, wouldn't read too much into it, could easily be something like

"Even the boss thinks Robinson is a twat now, moved training to lostock on Monday but didn't tell him, daft cunt still had a game of ping pong on his own"

Yes, that's my take on it. We might have got a 0-0 draw at home to Newcastle and we might have got a 0-0 draw at Norwich. The way the Newcastle match was going I was expecting to lose though before the substitution. We'd certainly have lost all the other matches.

On the other hand he was very poor at home to Wolves and I think a more attacking choice (Eagles) would have won us that game.Wolves were abysmal in the first half, it should have been game over at half time they were that poor but Muamba's lack of attacking skills hampered us.

So the 2 points we probably dropped at home to Wolves evens out the 0-0 draws we might have got against Newcastle and Norwich.
