Yes he is. I swapped him from chancellor to home sec. I'm seeing the two BDs as highly suitable for chancellor. Kent shares my love and respect for the environment, so I'm hoping he will head up defra. I had posted sweep into health secretary, but I'm now concerned he might have Munchausen syndrome by proxy. I have a feeling that the cold weather we've had, and possibly a little more to come, will signal a gradual easing into spring mid-March. Really looking forward to this week though; chest infection has been rough as buggery for a couple of months and some slightly warmer air would be very welcome.
