There were thousands of folk affected by flooding on Humberside a few years back and there was cock all in the news and the Government did fuck all Same year a few farmers get flooded out on the Somerset Levels (which is a fucking flood plain you daft twats) and the media and the politicians were all over it. I was sent as a High Volume Pump specialist to Humberside where I worked a 36 hour shift. A bit of confirmation basis there Michael. I remember folk without any insurance cover on the news complaining that nothing was being done for them whilst their neighbours with building and contents insurance were being sorted.
