Sweep
Maybe they are waiting for Adkins to go at Southampton before the cull? That's a risky game isn't it.........."We'll keep out current manager for now even though he's a bit shit, just in case some other bloke who we quite like get's sacked inthe next few weeks"
tomski
To be honest I'm sure they don't even want Adkins its more my preference as I believe he could do a super job here, saying that I believed Oc would deliver too. Pretty much making my opinion invalid!
Atomic White.
Is he on his way to scotland yet?
Garrp
I want Mad Mick (only because we wont get Hillcroft) I also wanted Paul Jewell, hes now the worst manager in the championship and put Derby County back 5 years. Im wanting Mick for the same reasons I wanted Jewell. Im worried
Site Supporter HomerJay Posted October 8, 2012 Site Supporter Share Posted October 8, 2012 i dont rate mcarthy in any way, shape or form. id have him as manager tomorrow
Sweep
i dont rate mcarthy in any way, shape or form. id have him as manager tomorrow This is where I am. I find myself wishing that we had anyone else in charge rather than the current manager. If that happens to be Mcarthy, then so be it. EyesRight
i dont rate mcarthy in any way, shape or form. id have him as manager tomorrow Same as me. Not sure who we could get who wouldn't be a gamble. I do like the sound of Keith Hill though, but I was chuffed when we got Coyle.
Mounts Kipper
i dont rate mcarthy in any way, shape or form. id have him as manager tomorrow You have to worry about McCarthy have we all forgot he basically had Wolves relegated weeks before we were and the result when we played Wolves at Molinueux 2-3 to tactical genius Owen Coyle. Sweep
I was chuffed when we got Coyle. I think that most of us were at the time, and he seemed to be OK at the start, but as with all things in football, it can change very, very quickly. Two years ago people in the media were talking of Coyle as a great young manager and implying he would one day manage a top side. When he leaves us, he'll be struggling to get a job anywhere near the top division for a long time, so much has his his stock plummeted of late
Sweep
Other than the ficticious sighting of McCarthy at the De Veres hotel last night, is there any reason why we think he's looking favourite to get the job, other than him being umemployed at the minute?
