Moderators Carlos Posted December 6, 2012 Moderators Share Posted December 6, 2012 Sort of, but not MKV.
Site Supporter barryk32 Posted December 6, 2012 Site Supporter Share Posted December 6, 2012 Xbox plays MKV, just update the codecs on your PC. Its something along the lines of.... 1. Start windows media center on the Xbox, try to connect and when it fails you have the option to start new connection, click it and it will give you a 8 digit code. 2. Start Windows media center on your pc and choose new extender, input the code and......... thats it. Heres a better guide. Run Windows Media Center on the dashboard. It should give you and eight digit code in this format - XXXX-XXXX. Run Widnows Media Center on the PC/Laptop and select "Add Extender". Enter the eight digit code and click "Next" on the PC/Laptop and "Continue" on the XBOX 360. Now wait for the XBOX 360 to display the message saying "Contacting". You now have your extender set up. For codecs look no further than here http://codecguide.com/download_mega.htm
