Traf
Right, I've got it up at running on a old PC that sits under my tele. Easier said than done. Managed to get a (shit) stream of a game up, it's the same streams as all the usual websites. No sign of this Mashup thing so I'm using SportsDevil. No idea what this NaviX thing is doing. I'm probably missing the point wildly here (as usual in this section! ), but if you can get those streams elsewhere, why use that box? Moderators Carlos Posted October 19, 2013 Moderators Share Posted October 19, 2013 I might be wrong but the usual sources pop up a load of adverts and shit. This is more channel based than per game.
Traf
The one I use carries all the sky channels, bt sport and the espn ones, as well as at the races and racing uk and I just run adblocker to stop any ads.

Site Supporter barryk32 Posted October 20, 2013 Site Supporter Share Posted October 20, 2013 Exactly the correct way to think about it. Card sharing has been around for ages, Sky weren't really arsed as its useage was minimal due to every fucker stealing Virgin instead. Once Virgin made it really difficult to steal thier product folk moved on to robbing off Sky. They are just getting round to putting a stop to it now. Watching through the internet is the future I reckon, be it through sites that folk keep trying to block or these dongles.

Moderators Carlos Posted October 21, 2013 Moderators Share Posted October 21, 2013 Well my 1channel stopped working, no idea why. Had used it to watch some filums, which is quite useful (for free). I've changed my repository to http://xfinity.xbmctalk.com/ and installed Mashup from there, I also installed their wizard and it all works again. The amount of films and TV shows tgare available is just ridiculous!
DazBob
Got a Sky Sports HD link on now using SportsDevil for the Fulham match. It's HDish but not proper HD. It's not costing me owt though. Android TV is ace.

I just watch to watch it without paying Racing UK.

Sweep
apple TV or Android? Which is the best option for all of this? I thought that you were a fully paid up "apple Wanker" I can't believe that you would consider an Android product

Smiley
To summarise. I can either get a box for this attached to the TV - presume this needs the Sky dish cables running into it???? OR Just go into the settings on my iPad or old iPhone and use that to run this XBMC and then get a cable to link to the TV??** **This option sounds a bit wank.
