birch-chorley Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 (edited) Not surprised they are up shit street I worked for a firm of commercial debt collectors and managed the Thwaites account They had ex landlords left right and centre who had done flits owing £10k - £20k + They were that scared of shutting pubs that any Tom, dick or Harry could come in with a £500 deposit and get the keys to a pub without a single check on credit worthiness.
