They can be quite a useless bunch though, quite often they ask you to provide a description, post code and 1:1250 scale site plan. I do quite a lot of them for work and you have to be really precise on your site boundaries or else your search will come up with numerous ownerships, if you can avoid it don't include any roads/pavements because they'll charge you for this and the result will just come back 'Highways Agency'. Unfortunately I can't advise on where to get a plan because we use something Called Pro Map, which you have to pay for.
