ChippyTea Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 Peter kay's bullseye joke about a couple from the Midlands having no use for a speed boat is nicked from Frank skinner (live in Birmingham 98 to be precise) Saw dave spikey live after that Peter kay thing but before phoenix nights and he told loads of the same jokes but dunno who came up with them first Just finished his autobiography 'Under the microscope', it's a brilliant read.
