Stayed at the Radisson Blu which had a skybar which great views over the city. KGB museum is meant to be good but was a non English guide on when we tried to go, Is a TV tower just of town which can go up. Good for a day or 2 but no more I would say. Didn't book the Radisson in the end, presume we can drink there if necessary. Yup you can drink with out staying there, eveything is within walking distance. Ferry at top end then old Town which is very nice the sqaure is nice, then the hotels (depending where you are staying) Also I would go up Olviste Church 2 euros and 300 steps views of the whole old town. Can't remember any restaurants that stood out.
