When I left the tip weighbridge it was "only" £64 per tonne and the rest she is riight about if a total arse as we supplied ppe for such cases. Also she was talking shite about needing a waste carriers licence as it was your vehicle carrying your waste. I dont know Boltons setup but in Carlisle all you needed to do was call the council on a freephone number three days before and obtain a tipping permit and it can be tipped free at a household Waste recycling centre.
