I feel a bit sick saying it, but I’d rather see Utd win today. Stops the scousers charging off into the distance and keeps Ole at the wheel a little longer.

No, not for me. I'd rather United never won a game again.

Just look at the team sheets. Fuck me rogers lot haven’t half declined. Sometimes need to take a step back and realize just how much.

A million miles from being able to challenge for a title again. Going to take years and years this.

Which is good.

Pity they can't drop into the bottom 3 today.

Prob first time in 18 months I've got MOTD on

This bird doing Leicester Burnley, it's utterly dreadful

I watch it every week, but dread it when her match comes on.

Shrieks at the best of times, but when something big happens and she tried to get all gruff, she's unbearable.

Doesn't matter how bad she is though, she'll be there for a while.

Couldnt agree more.  Why cant people accept that women football commentators just dont sound good.  Nothing against women commentating on sport, like the one on Test Match Special, or presenters like Clare Balding etc but its awful for football.  No doubt we would also have a quota of black and Asian commentators if their colour wasnt hidden behind a microphone.

Not a single one of my Utd mates round here can see anything but a heavy loss. Hope they are correct

I do think Liverpool are overrated, not in City's league for me.  Just look average in respect of being top 4, they look exceptional when Sala is doing his stuff but when he's off form or not playing it all looks predictable.  Lucky to win at Sheff U, lucky to beat Leicester, and played poor again today (draw was fair as with previous 2 games).  I've not seen City matched by 3 opponents running for years, then again they dont have Henderson and Origi starting games for them.

Lady on the rugby is no screecher either, though doesn't directly commentate.

The odd one on radio 5 is shite too. To be fair, I don't see that they're all shit, just this one on motd is shocking.

Isn't that the whole point though? Even Bolton, when they were a top-half-of-table Premier League side were picking up wins and draws despite not being deserving of either. Conversely, when at the bottom of the same table, we couldn't buy a win.

Not clear what you mean.  Their points total exaggerates how good they are.  Arguably someone like Stoke have until yesterday had a points total that doesn't do justice to their potential to win a championship game on a given day.  Yet the media expected Liverpool to turn  up and roll over a team that very rarely loses at home, even though they've been matched by Sheff U and Leicester in their last 2 games.  Over hyped in my opinion, they have some very average players, whereas City are streets ahead of every opponent they face.

Liverpool ended their winning streak and their hosts are down in 13th, 2 pts above the relegation zone. What's not to like?

Don't know. Let's wait for Rodger the Red to give his opinion.

Might be a couple of days before we hear from Red Rog. His MIB's got caught up in a skirmish with the Huyton Baddies and a few have been hospitalised.

He might be one of them?
