I see the spending thing all the time with Pep, but City want trophies, not a specific trophy but anything they go into they want. League cup gets the same focus as the champions league. Clubs are judged on their dominance across all competitions. They won 11 titles in 10 years Peps won 6 trophies at City and only spent £200m more than Liverpool They can’t win everything every year, no club can , doesn’t make them a bad team overnight or him a bad manager.
