If you do go for them, avoid seat 7A and B(no window) and the Window seats on row 6 on the other side (think its J and H) as they hardly recline. Drew Peacock
Venice in 3/4 weeks. Restaurant & bar recommendations welcome plus tips on getting to/from airport. And any worthwhile sightseeing. Cheers!! Get a water bus from the Airport into Venice - they run fairly frequently and are the cheapest option. Walking distance to terminus from Airport - I THINK you can buy your tickets in the airport. Take plenty of money - food and booze not cheap. If you are feeling romantic (and flush!!) this place is great. Last time we went, we sat outside a bar, just off St Marks square overlooking Grand Canal - €19 for 2 bottles of Peroni. Some hotels do a free water taxi to Murano, and take you to a glass factory - they hope you will buy, but just take it all in, then have a wander round Murano and get a water bus back. Wonderful place - but very expensive - enjoy it!
