Proud of the white shirt tonight again if eider had just squared it to clough it would have been 2-0 trotter @fault for both there goals he turns like an oil tanker this club is definitely on the up hope we make the play offs but if we don't next season is going to be memorable as long as Lenny is still here

Great game really enjoyed showed real fighting spirit. Plenty of our players were sloppy at times giving possession away easily its to be expected in this gulf in class between teams. But what u do expect us to be off the ball is organised and putting 110% into working hard and tracking back puting there body on the line that we did and was fuckin brilliant for 85 mins. I'm hoping for the rest of the team that trotter just made a mistake and switched off for a second rather than being a lazy half hearted attempt to track is man which sometimes is body language gives especially only just coming on from the bench

Liverpool are fucking dreadful and Rodgers couldn't manage a wank he's a bigger myth than Martinez, Neil Lennon is on a different planet as a manager, if Danns had stayed on we would have held on easily if we had a proper striker we would have won by 2 or 3. Josh Vela is going to be some player and fair play its obvious he's worked his butt of to get back from injury and the malaise caused by Freedman. Onwards and upwards were only going one way and we are a proper club again, thanks to Lennon.

Tonight's a night to just say well fucking done.

We've taken a £200 million squad to the brink and could have won.

Lennon is fucking wonderful and if he can pull that sort of performance from the squad until the end of the season then there is still a chance.

Let the grief junkies from Miseryside do the moaning eh?

Agreed the comments about our weakened team playing their first team. I have not felt as content in a defeat for years, knowing that we have come so far since NL arrived. Like to see our loanees and new signings gel. Feel we have a great chance to push on next season.

Thank you Mr Lennon????

Lets sack him shall we? We've a million players out injured check the bench it was full of kids there wasn't much choice.

He's got 5 more matches

10-12 points required or he needs to go.

Time isn't a luxury we can afford.

Quickly sinking out of his depth

Very proud of the team. Work ethic and organisation was spot on. Team selection brave but it worked despite the result. 10 players were unavailable tonight. Exciting times ahead. After a great team performance why do some people have to look for scapegoats. They are all playing for the shirt under Lennon despite any mistakes they might make. Lots of positives tonight.
