HazzyinBolton
I was a just having a brew at work & decided to work out a "they played for both clubs" XI. I'm sure there are more than I've found, but can you name an XI made up of 1 keeper, 4 defenders, 5 midfielders & 1 forward that have played for us both. All 1980s+ if you don't count Seamus McDonagh & most of them are much more recent than that.

HazzyinBolton
Still missing a couple of internationals, a current squad member & one of the worst signings we've ever made (striker)
Farrelli
Striker wasn't Ian Moores was it? He is one of the worst we have ever had.

HazzyinBolton
My 'one of the worst striker' signings was Sordell. There's still an England international nobody's got yet (although he wasn't while he played for us) & a current squad member

Whites man
Danny Fucking Butterfield From highlights on the Football League Show he looks a far better player than he did in his time at our place.
Moderators Carlos Posted April 14, 2015 Moderators Share Posted April 14, 2015 From highlights on the Football League Show he looks a far better player than he did in his time at our place. I think you mix him up with the other Butterfield at Huddersfield.
Anderson
I think you mix him up with the other Butterfield at Huddersfield. I'm glad you said that because I was about to ask why he was staying up to watch Exeter highlights.... Jacob Butterfield was always a good player, we just got him straight off an ACL injury and even then his only downfall in my eyes was his fitness.
