A burger in the new Gourmet Burger place, a pint in the Vaults bar then a film at the new cinema. It's good to see some positive improvements to the centre. Originally tried to park on the car park behind the Halifax but they now charge after 6pm (it was empty)Drove into the Market Place multi storey and it was free and open till 1am. So we never ventured out of the Market Place complex. It was busy down in the Vaults and another restaurant opening soon, Pepe's. jturner Posted October 31, 2016 Share Posted October 31, 2016 I think an unlikely gem in Bolton is the bus station cafe, it is better than any of the other bus station cafes in Greater Manchester.I really hope it doesn't lose the greasy spoon feel and turn into another crappy modern coffee bar when it moves across town.
