I'll give you tennis

But there's nowt soft about cycling 2,000+ miles, and climbing the equivalent of Everest, in 3 weeks.

Statistically, a few of them will be gay though, if that's what you meant?

I think he means if you’re in to it you are a bummer.

Interesting comparison watching the news where it interviews a very humble Geraint Thomas winning the TdF having shown incredible levels of human stamina then showing a bloke with diamond earrings who’d just driven a car for a couple of hours spraying champagne around.

Sickened. Championing the indigenous Welshman and pouring scorn on the mixed race bloke.

I am outraged.

I'd imagine Hamilton's neck muscles are on a par with GT's thighs.

Pampered, rather unlikeable millionaire he may be, but he hits a wall at 200mph and the money means nowt.

Yes he has the best car, but he's earned the right to be in the seat.

Still, he's British so let's find the negatives shall we?

Not forgetting that he has been the best in the world consistently for the last few years.

He comes across as a bit of a knob and his sports relief hypocrisy stuck in the craw a bit. But that doesn't mean he can't enjoy his continued success

Possibly the wrong place for this, but massive shame about Chris Froome, I get why he polarises opinion and Sky/Ineos pushing the boundaries of whats acceptable in terms of TUE's, but hope the fella recovers from this to have a go at a 5th tour

Compound leg and elbow fractures by all accounts, and then into ICU

Is there a Frenchman up for GC?

I’d have thought that Alaphilippe would be, given he has a minute on GT, but apparently not, he is 20/1 to win it!

Apparently they don’t think he can keep it up for the three weeks, might struggle in the mountains. Although, didn’t he win king of the mountains last year?
