It's only Zouma's first season in league football ffs. Anyway player recruitment is not my big concern, it's how the team is set up and organised. Hill keeps saying you have to be patient kids learning on the job etc then does not give Zouma a chance (wasn’t on bench last night) unless he’s injured looks like Hill has made his mind up on Zouma.
