Mounts Kipper 2,555
Looks like another moneyball signing to me, we need proven league 2 who are guaranteed ready. He might come good but looks like a right sided version of Liam Gordon. Hope it comes off suspect it won’t.
Marc505 496
Can loan signings be seen as moneyball acquisitions really? I reckon he'll be reet, but injured by Christmas 😆

Brad Pitt signed a few old timers who could do a job but had no resale value Although I think our recruitment policy is more Bingo ball than moneyball

Johnnyrotten 273
Players in the squad that can play full back: Jones, Hickman, Kioso, Brockbank, Baptiste. Gordon, Taft, Mascoll, Greenidge, Delaney. I think we're covered there. We've got 8 that can play centre back if we include Brockbank, Senior and Edwards. A winger or 2 that can cross a ball next please.

We know that, I dont think IE agrees. I remember after Darcy had played 3 or 4 games we were remarking at the home games about what a quality ball he puts in, consistently, from free kicks and corners. His crossing ability wasn't what his game was built on but it was superb if my fading memory serves me right.
Site Supporter Biggish Dave 567 Posted October 16, 2020 Site Supporter Share Posted October 16, 2020 To be fair, I thought Darcy would be a bit slight for this league and that might still be the case but from the games I’ve seen, there are no cloggers. Its been a bit pedestrianised to be honest so give him a go - even if its from the bench
