He's a treacherous fucking Remainer who, only a couple of weeks ago, mocked precedent and said words to the effect of 'if we keep referring back to precedents from many years ago we will never modernise'. He then refers to a 400 year old rule to come out with this ruling. Not that this really bothers me - I hope he has inadvertently committed us to WTO and no deal. What I don't like is a self aggrandising, self serving hypocrite which is precisely what he is.
