The Turkish paper Sabah tickled me, calling Britain a failed declining state, Hilarious given the state of Turkey.

We are envied by many in the EU, as they want out as well, to be independent.

I agree.

I don't pay any attention to what our newspapers say, so I'll be fucked if I'm paying attention to some foreign rags

How many of them have voted for it thus far? (I'm not disagreeing, just if they want out, then why are they not leaving...... Or are they just waiting to see how it lands out for us?)

Some. But maybe not as many as you might reckon

I think a lot of people like me who voted Remain might still question how we got in this mess but realise than the only way forward is to get out.

Hopefully more Brexiteers can see this and realise wanting the best deal possible and opposing no deal is different to wanting to stay in.

From there people and the country can move forward.

I reckon that's roughly the position of most moderates, possibly on both sides.

It's unfortunate though, that a number are quite clear in their opposition to leaving. Would have been out ages ago.

As has been commonly stated, removing the option of no deal hardly helps, especially when a weak deal, increases the likelihood of it not passing etc.

It's a unique situation, and one that will only satisfy a proportion of folk whatever the outcome.

For me, as the vote was only in or out, whichever way of leaving is ultimately adopted, I will fully support.

Flaws with both?  Very probably.

A complete disaster? Certainly not.

Why is NI still an issue

I remember a BOOM FACT moment that stated checks at the border wouldn't be an issue under the GFA

I'm treating that with the same disdain as technology is readily available

You needn't tell us. You treat absolutely everything with disdain which isn't either pro EU or pro Asian.

Captain fucking Obvious innit.

If the EU is so good, why are we seeing a vast increase of fuckers rushing to get out of the EU on often unseaworthy vessels on the English Channel?

People vote with their feet.

Fair point there. They are waiting to see what a clusterfuck the EU side and pro EU sycophants make of Brexit it before deciding whether the time is right to get out.

They may decide to wait for a more opportune moment. I strongly believe that Italy will be the next. This will be a north/south issue over there. South being out, north probably being remain. We shall see.

Because we give them a lot of help, and other EU nations can't get rid of them quick enough.

Lib "Dems" vote to revoke A50 if they got into power (unlikely)

Weren't they the first to propose a referendum?

After the vote, their leader Jo Swinson, said: "We will do all we can to fight for our place in Europe, and to stop Brexit altogether."

Didn't think it was possible for us to leave Europe. She's clearly a bit confused.

Looks like they’ve learned nothing from Cleggy promising to scrap tuition fees, that came back to bite them,

The Liberal Un-Democrats

On the contrary, she is promising clear differentiation should they be the governing party in a coalition which is nothing like the tuition fees debacle where they were the junior partners in 2010 coalition.

I'm not in the slightest bit fooled. They're just aligning behind a clear position which is exactly what the Brexit Party are doing. I don't expect you to understand the strategy so that's fine to leave it there

She changes the "strategy" regularly, though.
