With regards to the polish lady, or indeed anyone, after so long can't they apply for British citizenship? Genuinely don't know how that works, but perhaps that would be the way to go if they want to vote on matters.

And let’s be clear I’d guess poles are as likely to vote to leave as to remain given the current feelings about the EU in Poland.

Hardly surprising is it as folk who turn out for such parades are very likely to be nationalists I'd expect exactly the same from folk here who get worked up enough to dress up as St George

Site Supporter Winchester White Posted January 16, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted January 16, 2019 Never seen Gove in such animation before, he absolutely ripped into Corbyn today, the geek was so angry. I read he has realised that a no deal is catastrophic and is now firmly behind May's deal. If true (I have my doubts) then that is a turn up for the books. Underpants
I'm loving the soap opera that is Brexit. Just seen Michael Gove and Tom Watson's speeches in the House today, ace. May on the ropes but still swinging. Brilliant stuff. Even Corbyn has played his part. Love it. Division! Clear the lobbies!! I agree apart from Corbyn, he is just as completely shite as a leader as May; in fact he is worse. When your approval rating is still behind the worst PM in history despite the clusterfuck she has made of Brexit then no fucking wonder she doesn't resign. They are both self serving cunts. bwfcfan5
Corbyn is as fucked as May. His parliamentary party is split on soft Brexit vs people’s vote. His membership wants him to stop Brexit. He wants Brexit. Both Corbyn and May are so completely fucked here it’s unreal. You'd think that that would be a decent point to bond over with a cuppa. Both as fucked as each other. Neither with an escape route. Jeeeeeeesus.
Site Supporter MickyD Posted January 16, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted January 16, 2019 Vote of 52% to 48% in favour of May. The treacherous bastard opposite, won't be happy until a hammer and sickle flies from Buck House. That’s just a stupid thing to say. She is the PM and hasn’t managed to even get her cabinet on board. Corbyn hasn’t had any responsibility to do a deal and has been locked out of discussing options until today. The fault is entirely with May and the Tories, the fact that she will try and fool idiots and deflect is a diversion. End of the day all opposition leaders have said that if she wants discussions formally, she has to rule out no deal. It’s not an unreasonable position to take. t this point given how appallingly she has behaved May needs to offer something if you wants to receive any good will. She can’t offer anything because her party would split apart. Corbyn is in exactly the same position. This is called a clusterfuck.
wiggy
Someone is really going to have to explain this to me. I can only assume that I’m missing something. As far as I can make out... Corbyn has just said he won’t talk with May until she completely ruled out a no deal exit Corbyn has rejected the deal on offer from the EU which they say will not change Corbyn does not believe their should be a second referendum So what exactly does he think should happen?
