captainmed
Feel 4 those who've wasted their money. Personally I'll be the other side of the world and no doubt now asleep at the final whistle, so it doesn't affect me.
Moderators Casino Posted August 3, 2017 Moderators Share Posted August 3, 2017 I've bought train tickets but I'm happy to look at this as 70 or 80 quid saved However it's bollocks We know we are vulnerable to tv changes and weather but this stinks Would we need to have agreed to this, Matt? Bearing in mind Hull are fresh out of the prem, compensating those affected ought to be on them

waffer cup 07
Do wanderers not get any say in fixture changes. The 'clash' is that Hull KR are playing at Wembley In Challenge Cup Final so not really a clash at all. the fixtures be moved so any Hull Fans can watch both matches. Bloody ridiculous. radcliffe white
Would like to think hull would lower the prices tbh say £
DIPS
Fucks sake. The reason for the change is a fucking joke. 2 different sports.

The team that plays at the kc. Don't know whether that means they'll have more football and rugby fans or not
DirtySanchez
It's the KCom to be pedantic ???? However this fucking stinks. If the rugby match was bring played in hull and the police said they couldn't cope with both then maybe I could understand it How the league agreed to it just to let a few egg chasing fans a day out 200 miles away raises questions If that's the reason of course
waffer cup 07
That is the reason stated on Hull City's official site.
DirtySanchez
How many hull fans will go to the match on Friday then travel down to Wembley on the Saturday?

Bearing in mind Hull are fresh out of the prem, compensating those affected ought to be on them Yes BWFC would have had to agree to any fixture change, as was the case for the Charlton game the other year. I think it's is a bit shit on our club's part within four weeks of the game but then again I understand why they wouldn't want to upset the apple cart with the Football League by objecting to the switch. I expect Hull are worried that a lot of the stadium's casual staff (stewards, catering staff etc) will be pulling sickies to go to Wembley although I'm sure Hull City played at home on the last two occasions that either of the two Hull clubs have reached Challenge Cup finals (Malc may confirm?) so it may well be a drop in gate receipts that they're worried about now that they're out of the Premier League, and their statement seems to suggest as much. With a 7.45 kick off it should be a doddle for the last train at half 10. Unfortunately it arrives at Victoria at half 12 and the last bus to Leigh is at midnight so it looks like drawing straws to decide who drives. But isn't their responsibility foremost to respect the fixture? I can understand that they might feel folk might pull a sickie but it's their job to ensure the game is properly managed. It's not like it's this weekend Surprised the league agreed it
