So presumably he would regain his personal loan monies as a creditor and pay back ED estate, still losing the Club?

I doubt he will mind losing the club at this stage and his silence could well be him looking at ways to pay himself as much as possible for consultation fees before he does

Well it depends on what dates the repayment of Eddie Davies loan falls due.

As long as KA meets the deadline he still retains ownership of the club, providing of course he hasn't lost it under Administration/Liquidation, sold it, or come to some deal to leave with the other major creditors first.

Isn't that the smart thing to do?

Of course. But there are people trying to pretend he's honest and has invested into the club. Its weasel words. The man will walk away without losing anything. Its smart. He minimises his personal risk. However, the fact remains - he hasn't been honest.

If it goes into admin he loses ownership of the club regardless. He doesn't care. He has nothing personally riding on it. He's made very sure of that.

So he managed to convince someone that a no-risk-to-himself Chairmanship was ok? I'm amazed that this arrangement satisfied the "fit and proper" process. Can you imagine if it was suddenly discovered that every single club owner; Venky's, Glazers, Gillettes, Obramovich, et al, suddenly disclosed a similar arrangement was in place at all their clubs too? The whole league would implode.

Who has said he is honest ?

you just know that we're getting the £1M pay day that is Man Utd away in the cup tonight

and the scenes will be reminiscent of this bit in trainspotting in the Anderson home where LA and KA will be watching round the TV:

As described above, he has personally borrowed £5 million put at risk in the Club. Regardless of the lender, that is his money. If he has mitigated the risk of losing a £ on it, that's probably fairly shrewd. It's nonsense to keep saying he's not put anything in though. If you buy a car with a loan you still owe the money.

That's not factually correct, plenty companies go into Administration and enter out of it as the same owners - just that during Administration agreements with their major creditors have been reached for them to take a 'haircut' (agree to take a reduction on what they are owed) in order for the company to be solvent and carry on trading again.

Obviously I don't foresee that scenario happening here though.

:D

Just said the same, we're nailed on for one of the big 4/5 away in the draw, and Ken will upload a picture of himself smoking a massive cigar on his yacht.

If you look at the appendices to the legal charge that Moonshift Investments Limited ( Eddie Davis ) has over Inner Circle Investments ( Ken Anderson ) you will note that Ken Anderson has already signed an undated resignation letter ( From Burnden Leisure ) and an undated share transfer form ( Re Burnden Leisure Shares ) . I would have thought that any act of default other than non payment - such as administration of Burnden Leisure , would give Eddies trustees the right to date both documents and remove KA from any ongoing involvement . I would be surprised if they were not already considering this along with other charge holders such as Brett Warburton etc

dont get me wrong. id say its pretty clear we are in breach of a deal Anderson agreed

to prove he never intended paying is near to impossible

I agree, that's why I suspect this guy has intentions of seeking legal redress over any non payment of monies due, as it can't be easy for him to prove his statement. Moreover to publicly state it, takes bollocks in that sense.

Anyroad, given the latest revelations, Ken can get fucked anyhow.

What is critical to the EFL is how we come out of administration. If we don't have an agreed CVA there will be an additional points deduction.

Mind you 10 seasons ago Bournemouth started League Two at -17 points. Where are they now?

Dorset?

Put it on the wrong thread

The love in with FGR on Twitter is sickening

People talking about going watching their game against Bury, their chairman offering free pints and t-shirts supporting the ST.

Fuck right off! Another example of people going over the top and being offended by everything.

I feel sorry for Doidge and I’m pissed off the that club has been made to look bad again but other than that I couldn’t give a shit, never mind considering travelling to the fucking Cotswolds to get a vegan pie off a fella that is old enough to know better than to not have that shit haircut.

That the best news I have heard today. Well done Edwin Davies.

Seem to have exposed Ken. Good on them.

I'm fine with that and well done to the Levellers.

But travelling 400 miles to watch a game and eat some hay with their bumpkins is just fucking bizarre.
